If you wish to return your order for a refund, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returns for an exchange or store credit

Returns made for an exchange or store credit are free of charge and covered by The CAREL House.
A prepaid return label will be provided to you so that you can return your order.

Returns for a refund

If you wish to return your order for a refund, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The CAREL House will provide you with a prepaid return label. The corresponding return shipping cost will then be deducted from the amount of your refund.

The return fee is 4% of the value of the returned items.
