After presenting his first ready-to-wear collection in March 2024, designer Charles de Vilmorin is teaming up with the Carel House for his second appearance in the Haute Couture calendar at the end of June 2024.

Imbued with a Parisian nostalgia linking Maison Carel and Charles de Vilmorin, the designer's new collection "A Glass of Romance" is inspired by an imaginary muse, immersed in the tumult of seduction and uncertainty, in the heart of a bistro in the capital.

For the “A Glass of Romance” collection, Carel’s icons are enveloped in Charles’ fantastical universe through two dreamlike motifs.

A first all-over design is composed of vibrant arabesques, while a second monochrome motif combines a play of vertical lines with placed spirals that emphasize the delicate shape of the shoes.

Our iconic Málaga boot is adorned with a swan, highlighted by stitching details and leather patchwork. The entire production is entirely hand-crafted in Italian workshops. The collaboration is also available in leather goods with the Madeleine bag, directly from Carel's latest collections.
